I love the Lakers! Gasol is soft but I like the Lakers better when they play hard!

The Lakers are clearly the class of the league right now and they are peaking at the right time. All of that means nothing as many teams that have lost key players in the playoffs have found out in the past. Gasol is probably the most important factor for the Lakers…..even more so than Kobe this year. He is such a quality person I would hope he has the opportunity to compete again this year looking for the three-peat.

Laker fan here. I watched the game and it was a very hard but legitimate foul done by Nene.

But what struck me was the classy show of sportsmanship by Nene who approached Gasol and checked how he was and offered to help him out.

Equally classy was Gasol not flaring up because of the foul.

I raise a mug of beer and toast to the both of you. Cheers!

I congratulate the Nuggets on this win. Props to K-Mart for that presence of mind to make that last bucket on a free-throw miss.

Back to the drawing board for the Lakers to tweak the chinks in the armor.

Hopefully Gasol will be all right. That’s NBA basketball for you. No one is calling the Lakers soft anymore.
