hey andyhr (and everyone else reading this)… did you know that Joe Montana NEVER lost three consecutive one and done playoff games during his entire NFL career? Guess that Tom “The next Joe Montana” Brady just doesn’t measure up to classy Joe, huh? (LOL!)

andyhr… ya, we know all about Boston fan all right… we’ve seen it over and over and over again no matter what Boston team you care to bring up. It’s called “living in the past”.

not that it matters, but the team that I root for I’ve rooted for for several decades through the down years as well as the up years, and fortunately my team is on an up year and pinning their hopes on a 39 year old broken down has been of a center. Good luck with that! Your Celtics will need it!

What’s it say about all of the other teams in the league when the Celtics can go to the finals 2 out of the last three years, and be 1 quarter away from winning it all in both of those appearances? Call them old, call them on the verge of retirement….they’re still likely a better team than who you root for…..and I’m sure they are fine with you hating them for that.

The Celtics should spin off from the current NBA as we know it and start up an NBA Senior League for the aged, infirm and retired basketball players out there.

I hope everything is OK with his knee. Nenad already suffered a pretty bad knee injury before. It took him a while to work back into an NBA roster. I hope it is just something minor.

Hey, they’re Even Steven. The same game they finally get JO back, Krstic goes out with a knee injury. My guess is that the game Shaq comes back, JO blows out his knee.

mytt… you make a great point, but it was his previously undiscovered talent for dancing around that was the real story that the media buried! Jealousy is a terrible thing!

Yes because it’s so very important to the story that he cussed about his knee. If the media did their job, we wouldn’t be sitting here thinking that knee injuries felt good, often making the injured player say “interesting feeling.”

The story got sanitized by the media. When Krstic went down, rumor has it that he was CLEARLY heard to blurt out: “Oh my fuc&ing knee!”, then grabbed his knee half way hunched over and danced around doing a little ditty to the delight of the crowd (who didn’t realize that he was hurt and thought that he was auditioning for Dancing With the Stars!).
