They have kept a lot of old men going long beyond what was expected and maybe Grant Hill wants to stay where he knows he’ll be taken care of physically. I don’t think he’d be as productive for another team.

While I’m sure much of Hill’s ability to compete at age 38 has to do with his work ethic, I also have no doubt that the system Joe Proski build there is a big help. He may be weighing that in his decision, too.

Playing for a team like the Suns, he’s not doing anything more than collecting a paycheck because he cant be serious about winning a championship with that lineup.

If he were serious about a ring, he’d take the league minimum and play with the Heat
