Pretty sure this blew up in Riles’ face. They guaranteed Da’Sean money for this year and next and, if I’m not mistaken, offered him rehab in Miami which he did take (that may have been part of the guarantee money agreement). Not sure what type of contract he’s in with the Spurs, but I can’t imagine Riles talking him to coming back to Miami since the Spurs are a legit, well run franchise.
