It would be a better day if the Kings and Lakers conspired to kick the Clippers out of town and into the world of contraction!!!

Face it!!!

The last time the Clippers had a reputable franchise was when they were back in Buffalo and known as the Braves. That team actually had an MVP award winner, Bob McAdoo. Under likely permanent and thrown tomato worthy owner Donald Sterling the Clippers to the Lakers (and eventually the Kings) are what Billy Carter and Roger Clinton were to their presidential brothers Jimmy and Bill!!!!

Plus, if these two get rid of the Clippers we will no longer have to tolerate the sight of actors that should be considered washed up like Frankie Muniz!!!

Kings suck and they don’t have Kobe, Lakers will get some money and all will be cool.
I can’t wait for the playoffs so I can watch Kobe bitch slap everyone and get his 6pack.

This part of that quote confused me:

Last I checked Sacramento is closer to Oakland than Anaheim is. Wouldn’t the Warriors be happy to see the Kings go south and gain a few basketball starved fans in Sacto? I’d imagine most of the OC is Lakers fans, maybe a few Clippers. I don’t see Golden State losing a ton of fans in Anaheim.

The Lakers wouldn’t suffer one bit if another team moved into Staples Center. As for Sterling…who cares?

The Lakers won’t be hurt by the Kings move. The Clippers have done nothing to get support. NBA fans in OC will turn out to games. Attendance at Clipper games will dwindle.

We all know that the Lakers and Clippers don’t want them there, but the owners should have approached this differently. They should have said they really, really, welcome a new team in the area, but really, really want a 50 million dollar relocation assessment.
