The writing is on the wall, this is probably the last year they can legitimately contend for a title. Couple that with having a son at Duke and high profile, big pay day positions (i.e NYK, LAL, MIA) probably becoming available in the next 1-3 seasons.. Doc can leave Beantown a legend instead of coaching a mediocre team with no real escape 2 years from now.
