I comment on a lot of articles on this blog, do you have a problem with that? I’ve been watching Melo play for 7.5 years and I know how he plays.

Knicks fans have no faith in D’Antonis defense which was ranked in the middle when he coached the Suns… why should it be any different.

I think your problem is that I know way to much about whats really going on, and you’re scared of hearing it.

You know what is ridiculous? The fact that people tend to blame the Superstar just because they wanted to leave or what not. I think Denver has improved a great deal since the trade, it might just be that they needed more than one person who could score, diversity if what I would call it

Hate who you want to hate, but understand that one person cannot create the solutions or the issues all by themselves.

Sam, If you have League Pass I highly recommend tuning into a Nuggets game, and watch them play some great transition, zone, and trapping defense. They steal like crazy, getting great blocks due to pressuring the post, and have hands up in everyones faces.

Sometimes they look confused out there on who needs to switch, but thats expected by players learning a new play book… Karl has completely changed the playbook from “give melo the ball” to actual plays. So lets see how the rest of the season plays out. Two very big teams on Friday and Saturday… its going to be rough… I’m far from saying we’ll dominate the playoffs this season, and some of the top tier teams. But were going to give everyone a run for their money, thats for sure.

Thats what they kept saying about the Nuggets… try and find a big that wants to play with Melo… thats the hard part. So many bigs have turned down contracts with Denver just because they want the ball in the post… Melo wont facilitate that, and they’ll be giving the ball to Stoudemire for that. Just wont work out.
