		<description><![CDATA[its about time somebody finally points that out....players who truly give their all to a team and make them a competitor just to be betrayed and shipped out the door...everyone is so mad about what Lebron did...but no one is pointing the finger at organizations who betray good players....remember Shane Battier found out he was traded on Twitter...how is that for good business. The players should start doing exactly what management does to them...then maybe we wont have shows like &#039;the decision&#039;.]]></description>
