		<description><![CDATA[Why would they want to move to a building that&#039;s effectively outdated?  20 years old is pretty geezerly as far as arenas/stadiums go, they&#039;ll be looking to upgrade in 15 years.
As for can the area handle 3 teams...Yeah, if all 3 teams offer quality.]]></description>

San Diego and Santa Barbara have even less motivation to become Kings fans; if it&#039;s not your hometown team, why are you going to pick a crappy team (with really unlikeable stars, even if they have potential) over a great one you&#039;ve followed for years that has a storied history? Because they&#039;re an hour closer to you? No way.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[As I seem to recall from my reading about baseball&#039;s history, the New York City market did pretty good with three MLB teams in the &#039;40&#039;s and &#039;50&#039;s, and we&#039;re not talking about filling up baseball stadiums that are twice the size of basketball arenas with twice the number of home games per season either.  What&#039;s being missed in these posts is that Anaheim also draws from the nearby, very accessible San Diego market of 2.5M people as well.  That&#039;s almost 17M people between Santa Barbara and San Diego; supporting three NBA teams isn&#039;t even an issue.]]></description>
