Then likely told his GM not to stop being in communication with Denver.  He made his &quot;public ploy&quot; to show he was willing to walk, and the message got delivered loud and clear.  The most basic rules of business negotiations: know what you&#039;re willing to give, know what your limits are, and be willing to walk away if the limit gets exceeded.  Prokhorov didn&#039;t become a billionaire by being stupid.]]></description>
