Until a new lease agreement is reached it will be hard to find local ownership. Gary Chouest still sits court side and is still very interested in buying the team. People with inside info are saying Chouest is waiting for the State to re-negotiate the lease and he believes the NBA can do a better job and have more leverage over the state than he can alone….
