As I was born in the Ohio Valley and I love Cleveland, I don't care if they loose everything the remainder of the season. But it seems to me, and maybe I'm wrong, that we have a coach/Management problem?
You spent all summer kissing Lebrons butt and you were betrayed he did not return your calls? Hint, if a girl does not call you back, she is not interested!!!! Did you spend anytime looking at other free agents to get these young guys some help and leadership? No! You have 7 guys with 3 years or less. Jaminson has 12 and has lost a step. Mo Williams has 7 years but not like he was ever a premier guard anyway.

Anyone else notice that this seems to be a trend during Byron's first year on the job?

This same type of collapse happened in New Orleans during the 2004-2005 season. While part of that can be laid at Baron Davis' feet for whining his way out of town, the team had major personnel problems that year including at least one player who was part of a trade and refused to report yet got media sympathy because the Hornets were *just that bad* that season.
