Video: Darko tips in two off a jump ball (for the other team)

Jan 14, 2011, 8:48 AM EDT

Minnesota Timberwolves v Sacramento Kings

The consensus on this play: Nobody had ever seen it before. Not the NBA’s twitterverse. Not Chris Webber or Kenny Smith in the TNT studios. Not anybody.

Darko Milicic wins a tip during the Timberwolves victory over the Wizards, but in doing so knocks it into his own net. Two points Wizards.

Just watch. You won’t see anything like it.

Hey Kurt, we appreciate all the updates, but it’s time to step away from the Red Bull and get a nap, dude.

Now I want to see the video of Darko driving from the 3 point line and making a bucket, I was in my car so I only heard the radio.

Saw it live.. I’ve never seen a 7 footer from the perimeter dribble behind his back and drive to the lane the way he did.. It was actually pretty funny.. Definitely not a move you see from a big lanky center everyday..

Dennis Rodman was the champion of scoring for the other team. I’m not sure if he got confused about whether he was on offense/defense or if he actually had a rebounding strategy that involved tipping it to himself off the rim/backboard. I vote for the former because rebounding was more important to him than offense/defense… probably just forgot whether he was supposed to tip it in or pull it down.
