KD says he was joking around but I doubt that he expected to give Dallas another shot; a shot they made. Did Rick Carlisle see what fellow coach Scott Skiles did against the Heat the other night and decide to play some defense of his own?

While I'm on the subject, WTF was Scott Skiles thinking when he bumped Arroyo during a play? And why was he called for a foul and not a technical foul? The tech would have been his second and sent him to the locker room. Rather than an ejection, Skiles was given a non-player team foul or something.... possibly a first in the NBA.
