Im not 100% sure that Parker at 4years/12.5 million is as good as Felton at 2years/7mill, especially considering the Knicks future FA hopes. However thats neither here nor there. Obviously the calls of Parker being past his prime last season were a bit premature, and the Spurs, as usual look like geniuses. I am a bit curious to see where this team stands in 3 years. They are going all in for a championship for the next two, and at least right now have to be considered amongst the favorites, but the Parker and Ginobili deals in particular basically take them out of any of the key free agents upcoming in the league. And due to their strong regular seasons they won't have high draft picks. Although the Spurs' front office and scouts are the best in the league finding players late in draft, so it may be much ado about nothing.
