The big market teams get players like Yao and Bynum up there in the voting and we all know this is wrong . Let the real all-stars play . Yes , put Gasol at center and let Nene back him up . That makes sense to me .
Oh yes , Shaq doesn’t belong there either . Anybody who hasn’t played three quarters of the regular season should be ineligible .
Now to get real . Blake Griffin and Kevin Love deserve a spot on the all-Star team . Why ? Because they have earned it by their play and tenacity . The league should have a qualifications board to see who qualifies instead of the old stuffing the ballot box routine .
