		<description><![CDATA[Don&#039;t be surprised if Jordan follows in the footsteps of Magic Johnson and takes over as head coach.  His ego, which was clearly displayed for what it really is at his HOF induction speech, will ultimately rule the day.  Because he was such a great player, arguably the best ever, he thinks by default that he knows more than anyone else about the game.  He doesn&#039;t.  At least not from the perspective of what role a coach needs to play in order for the TEAM to succeed.

All you need to know about Jordan can be summed up by the oft-quoted exchange he had with Dean Smith at North Carolina, when Smith (allegedly) told his team, &quot;There is no &#039;I&#039; in team.&quot;, to which Jordan supposedly replied, &quot;There is in &#039;win&#039;&quot;.

I hope he&#039;s smart enough to select someone as coach that actually knows how to coach.]]></description>
