DeMar DeRozan with a monster slam

You kids watching at home, this is why you move without the ball.

This was not only the dunk of the night it’s one of the better ones of the season — DeMar DeRozan should be proud.

Still, my favorite part of this video is at the very end, where Michael Jordan is shown looking unimpressed. It’s like he is thinking that dunk might not have cracked the top 20 of his personal highlight reel. And he’d be right.

    Jordan reminds me of a great shot of Larry Bird when he was coaching the Pacers on their way to the finals. Someone (I think Reggie Miller) hits a big shot in the conference finals, they cut to a replay focused on Bird, you see EVERYONE in the building jump up and go crazy, but Bird doesn’t even flinch, like “big f’ing deal, I used to do this all of the time.”
