Uhh, Bosh has a PER of 19.

He might be underperforming compared to how he played individually last year, but it’s a travashamockery to put him on a list with those other names you mentioned. He’s been freaking good. Max-Player good? Probably not, but really good either way.

What exactly has Bosh been lacking to end up on this list? He doesn’t get a lot of offensive rebounds, and his efficiency and volume are down a tad. When you compare him to the other big-men free agents, though, I don’t see what the big stink is about.

Bosh is the second most efficient guy on that list, and creates half as many turnovers as number one Stoudemire. Sure his usage% of 23.6 is down. But considering who he’s playing with now, a drop from career 25% to 23.6% is hardly damning evidence.

Bosh hasn’t been near as bad as the rest of these guys. Sure, we’re all wondering why he was considered a max guy but he’s a very skilled offensive player limited on defense due to his body type.

Baron Davis has been a turd for years and Tyreke Evans just pulled a no-show against the Miami Heat at home. If you are an elite player you show up for big games in front of your home crowd.
