And to the guys who wrote this, are you a knicks fan? Do you really not want melo? The knicks plan was to be able to compete for a championship, sure they’re playing good but look at who they have played. You might have to give up randolph and Curry who both don’t play, and Gallinari who is way overrated to get arguably the best scorer in the game and one of the top two closers, you poor baby, if your upset you might get Carmelo then maybe you should find a new team you ungrateful fan

But Matt – and hopefully you can follow up with me – if all they’d be able to offer is an expiring Curry contract, and a 1st round, the Nuggets wont want to do it. Who do you think they’d really want to bunch with that 1st round… or do you really think thats all they’d settle for? Because I’ll tell you that it seems like Nuggets management respects us as fans, and I don’t think they’d do that. Most of us are fine with the Nets trade.
