		<description><![CDATA[It is aparent that the Cavs need a new leader. When LeBron returned to Cleveland, the Cavs players still clung to him like he was still &quot;thier guy&quot; while he destroyed them on the court. He left and said that Cleveland failed to surround him with good enough players to win a championship. Even though that is most likely not true, that should have been a wake-up call to all those on the Cavs with him last year. He called them out. They should have an ax to grind with him.]]></description>
