this is just another “let’s stir up a conversation” blog post for the sake of readership. we’re talking about the FIRST game of the season. let’s not get ahead of ourselves just yet. westbrook definitely is a beast no doubt, but he also has the luxury of playing with durant. also, d-rose is statistically far more efficient in scoring than westbrook career-wise. he just got out of sync from sitting on the bench so long due to foul trouble. just one game…

Westbrook has the better defense? Rose lit him up for twenty in the first half. I’ll listen to this argument when derrick has a durant of his own to play along side of.

See this is why the Bulls needed to trade for Anthony. No one on that team can score or clear the lane for Rose. They are just lucky Rose fell in their lap. Even with Boozer they will have too many weaknesses.
