		<description><![CDATA[I do believe the NFL by-laws state that an NFL owner may not own a team that it outside of it&#039;s primary market. That was the problem when Kroenke bought the St. Louis Rams, he had to &quot;sell&quot; his share of the Nuggets to his son or wife or something.
