Tracy McGrady still concerned about his knees

Thumbnail image for tracy_mcgrady.jpgYou may want to believe, but until we see evidence on the court that Tracy McGrady is right you have to think of him as still damage goods.

Tracy McGrady likes to push himself pretty hard (all the great ones do) but has had to pull back at Pistons camp and made the following comment to the Detroit News:

“Can’t put the knee aside, that’s the major issue,” he said. “If I didn’t have any problems with my knee, I would be myself.”

Meaning he is not himself. Hasn’t been for a while. Which is unfortunate for all of us remember what he was and what a joy he was to watch.

Let’s just wait and see. I expect T-Mac to play well and help get the Detroit Pistons to the playoffs.

he is just stating that his knee is still there not that it is messed up. Remind you tracy mcgrady didnt play in two seasons meaning he didnt go into training camp for rockets and the knicks. he was out of shape, but trust me he will be ready on nba tv on oct 5th 730 when they face miami that is when you will find out the truth and i believe his going to prove people wrong i see a 20ppg season for tmac come one i seen gilbert arenas play in training camp he is in unbelievable shape and he had a knee surgery just like tracy so expect to see the 04-05 tmac back
