New York wasn’t just a “basketball wasteland at the time.” It still is and will continue to be until D’Antoni is fired. The Celtics and Heat are both great franchises with classy coaches and management – the opposite of the Knicks.

Eddie will probably be the 8th or 9th option. Wade, Chalmers (or Arroyo if Mario regresses), LBJ, Bosh and Big Z will be the starting five. Udonis, Miller and Arroyo (or Chalmers if Arroyo is starting PG) will be the first to come off the bench, and then House.
