Apropos of nothing, a picture of Tim Duncan swimming with a beluga whale

tim_duncan_whale.jpgThe NBA off-season is long and arduous, but any day that brings us a picture of Tim Duncan swimming with a playful and exuberant whale is a good one.

“any day that brings us a video of Tim Duncan swimming with a playful and exuberant whale is a good one.”
Normally, I’d agree with you. However, the part in the video where Timmy kills the whale and eats it as sushi is so not cool…

It looks like they are having a good time together….maybe a little too good. The grin on the dolphin makes me think this is a little inappropriate.

Thats prolly the sexiest tail Duncan can pull. He prolly whines during sex as much as he does at the officials. “Baby i wanted to nutt first!”… with arms out to his side palms up and that goofy looking wide eyed look on his face, in a whiney 3rd grade kid voice.

Well, the video pretty much turns into straight-up porn starting around 3:40 in. But I’ve got no problem with a little man-on-whale action. Whatever consenting mammals want to do in the privacy of their own aquarium is fine by me.
It’s the sushi part of the video where Timmy goes over the line. I’ve got no tolerance for that.

It was part of the “Swim with Tim and Beluga whales experience” auctioned off at the Spurs annual Tux-N-Tennies Dinner at SeaWorld San Antonio. It’s a charity deal – for kids. There’s a bunch more cool photos at nba.com/spurs. Tim is an awesome leader – for the team and the community.
Watch out for another serious Spurs playoff run, now that they have finally landed the perfect compliment to Duncan: 2X Spanish MVP, 3X Euroleague All-Star, Brazilian 7-footer Tiago Splitter, who brings an established post-up and sharp-shooting game and great defense to the NBA this season. Duncan + Splitter + DeJuan Blaire could give the Spurs the best interior offense and defense in the league this season.
