Shannon Brown could be signed by the end of this week. But with who? Brown’s agent, Mark Bartelstein wouldn’t get into details Monday, only to say that he and Lakers GM Mitch Kupchak continue to talk.“We’re working on it. It’s a work in progress,” Bartelstein said. All that Brown has to is decide between a possible starting spot with either Cleveland or the Knicks or a smaller role and possibly less money to stay with the Lakers. CBSSports.com reported last week the Knicks have extended a formal offer to Brown.
After bouncing around the NBA for the first two and a half years of his career, Brown found a home on the Laker bench. Brown has tremendous athleticism and can knock down open threes if given enough time and space, which made him a good fit in the triangle, while his electrifying dunks made him a fan favorite at the Staples Center.

I wish he would make his mind up already. I have a feeling he is just going to take the easy way out and resign with the lakers

LA, NY, or Cleveland. Which city is least likely to sign him?

Signing with the Lakers is the easy way out ? How is it easier if he has to play for a 3peat than go somewhere like New York who wont do jack this season and no one will expect brown to contribute much there.

even though i want him back on the lakers, i think he is a perfect guy for the system in new york. he can hit open threes from the corner and wing (thanks to the lakers) and his speed is incredible. he might make an even bigger name for himself in new york.
that said, please come back and dunk on some fools wearing that championship gold, number 12 jersey, shannon.
