Amare should had stay with nash and the team. Now he had gone to the Knicks where no one care. But we are know is all about the $$$ and Amare is not worth the max deal…..stay with the sun may earn him the ring but now Amare won’t see for long long time.

People say that Bosh is overrated but to me Amare is the single most overrated PF in the game. Yes, sometimes when he is really motivated he can shine for a strech of games but he still doesn’t play any D, doesn’t rebound and settles for mid range shots all too much. How is this a major upgrade over Lee? (who was playing great last year)Damn, Utah got Al Jefferson (who is one of the best post players in the entire league) for nothing basically and the Knicks just gave a max contract to this guy..

Amare isn’t worth the max deal. Only one team in the league would pay him that, and that is where he went. No one else will go there. NY will still only win 30-40 games next two years.

Amare wanted to go to Miami but they wouldn’t take him, they wanted Bosh instead. Amare is a good player but not a max player. N Y as usual over paid. See how well he does without Steve Nash.
