		<description><![CDATA[Frank is/was one of the worst coaches in the NBA.  Just terrible.  Watching him screw up a team that had Kidd, Carter and Jefferson was like watching a train wreck 82 times a season.  Maybe he&#039;ll improve under Doc.  (Not holding my breath.)]]></description>
