He has the right environment around him in Charlotte, and considering Travis Outlaw just got a 5 year/35 mil deal, this is a good deal for both sides.

You cant give up a first round pick for a guy who is only on the team a few months.
I think TT has finally matured and he could be an absolute beast, esp if he can start to hit his jumper with consistency.
