Jul 8, 2010, 1:01 PM EDT

Thumbnail image for d-wade-king-james.jpgThere’s going to be a huge, star-studded party by the pool at the W Hotel in Miami this weekend.

True, that happens every weekend, but this one is going to be a little different:

LeBron James is throwing it.

US Weekly has the scoop:

LeBron James has rented six cabanas at the W Hotel South Beach this weekend to celebrate his team decision, two sources confirm to

Think Wade and Bosh will get an invite? What about Michael Beasley?

It’s just more stars aligning with Miami. This seems more and more like where we are headed.

Na… that talk was finish back in June 17, 2010..I know Shaq is in the top 50 NBA players of all time, but what about Pau Gasol? Is Pau really dominant? Does he rank in the TOP 50? Sorry son, but the talk is done. Lebron needs two superstars( not one but two) to win it all.

This is one of my biggest knocks on the NBA, you FINALLY have players that don’t go for the money and want to build a dynasty and attempt to go down as one of the best teams in league history. Half the people that posted are tearing Lebron, because he needs 2 superstars. WHO GIVES A RIP?!?! Keving Garnett needed Allen, Pierce and Rondo. ALL athletes have dreams of winning a championship in thier respective sports. You are going to sit here and rip him for trying to accomplish that? Teams win championships not just players.

I am so tired of hearing about LeBron and his “brand”.
    Give me a break.

Dude, If winning was the case he would’ve sign with the Bulls…Bulls have Noah, Rose, Deng, Boozer and the up incoming Taj Gibson… I think Queen LeBron needs to get off his high horse and realize that his legacy is at stake here.

James is a drama queen and his kingly play acting is tiring. What an egomanic. All this hype from a physically talented professional who who hasn’t even won a title. The issue here is not talent or team bench strength. It’s maturity and character. James will regret walking out on the Cavs and Ohio if he heads to South Beach. His home town boy makes good persona will be dead in the water and that will bite his brand in the butt. Then again, King James could reestablish his legacy in Miami as the best sidekick since Scottie Pippen. I’m sure DWade would approve.
