For a good coach this is a dream job; more talent than the vast majority of NBA teams and the lowest expectations in the sports world. If he puts together a decent team with all that talent, he’ll be a hero; no one will say that it wasn’t due to coaching. Huge upside here.

John’s right, Vinny did do a good job in Chicago and if their dysfunctional management team had any brains, he’d still be there. he’ll do great with the young core the Clippers have. good luck Vinny. add your name to the LONG list of ex-Chicago Bulls personnel that have gone on to bigger and better things after getting away from the idiot Reinsdorf.

Del Negro did a good job in Chicago. He deserves another shot. The Clippers are where careers go to die, so I wish him lots of good luck.
