Interesting bunch of free-agents, Can’t wait for the outcome but I agree that getting Bosh is a good decision for the Bulls. Then probably they could get John Salmons back as their SG, less cost but more productivity, plus he knows the players already so no need to build up the chemistry…
Rose, Salmons, Deng, Bosh, Noah = East Champions next season only coz I’m a Lakersfan, maybe in 2012 they could beat LA and get a ring…

exactly. They almost lost to thunder got saved thanks to other players, almost lost to celtics and almost lost suns. What did kobe do the whole time? He was taking a million shots making only 20-25% and he still gets mvp? If it wasnt for gasol specially in the last game lakers were done. Wow, everybodys an expert. I dont think anybody really has a clue in what will happen come July. There are many options and big time players have surprised before. Chicago, Miami, New York, etc all have the possibility to get two of the big free agents. But you also have to consider all the sign and trade options that add numerous more teams in the mix. Im not even going to try and figure this out. The thing Im most sure of is that Wade will likely stay in Miami with one of three other players, Bosh, Boozer, or Amare. Theres even the outside shot they get three big free agents but I think they will fill holes rather than get the third big free agent.

Yeah, but I don’t believe much of what these guys say at this point. Bosh knows that he could just as easily go to Miami with Wade and be in just as good a position. LeBron wants to feel like the big fish, so go ahead and let him. But when the clock strikes midnight on 7/1 it is all business. And in business people look at their own best interests first. Remember, LeBron actually needs Chris Bosh more than Bosh needs him.

The only team that has the depth of players to do a sign and trade with Toronto or Cleveland is Orlando. Orlando is going to surprise everyone and have the best defensie and offensive players on the same team. Howard, Bosh, James, Nelson and Lewis. Now that is a starting lineup!

I think it makes sense to get Bosh first. Of the two I think Bosh is more valuable to Chicago than LeBron. With Noah and Bosh up front the Bulls will have an excellent front court even without LeBron. If LeBron goes a different way they can still get Joe Johnson. That would be an excellent starting line up.

I don’t think Bosh making more than James would bother him. James can only make 2 amounts: the max for a free agent, or the extra money with Cleveland. Cleveland is not going to do a sign and trade. If he wants the cash, he will stay in Cleveland.
This hypothetical Chicago team, though is James’ best chance to win multiple rings. Wade and Amare are much older than Rose and Bosh. Chicago is the place to be for James.
Nike can also run MJ/Lebron adds. The Bulls brand is up with the Lakers in international appeal because of MJ. James will make tons more money in Chicago on ads that it will offset whatever the max deal would have given him.

I think our best chance, speaking as a Chicago Bulls fan is if we can entice Pual eirce to play( and significantly below max. contract pay) for his defensive guru in Tom Thibodeau ( after all the ranting and raving the about his coaching you would think this is a no brainer) and then if he can also sell Lebron James in playing for him in Chicago ( you know what they say, if you cant veat them join them)
