If Labron, Bosh and Wade play together they still won't win because it takes a TEAM! I hate the LAkers but they are a TEAM.
No offense to Shaw, Scott or any new coach, but they are not Riley or Jackson. If LeBron really wants a championship, there is only 1 team that has almost everything needed to create a championship team. The Miami Heat - Wade, Riley, Owner/FOManagement, key players, trade chips, and almost enough money for LeBron and Bosh to join. LA is the other option but that is Kobe's team. It would be interesting to see if LA can get Amare or Boozer to add to or replace Bynum or Odom...most likely Odom. But Chicago and Cleveland have other issues aside from a championship winning coach.
I will be amazed if LeBron chose Chicago (shadow of MJ), Cleveland (no way they win a championship with that roster), or even NY or NJ. Miami has it all and that would be the best route for LeBron and Bosh to get a championship next year.

The Cadavers were reported to be hiring Coach Izzo from Michigan State and look how that rumor bombed out. If Brain Shaw is shopping around for a head coaching job now then it seems rather certain that Phil Jackson will be coming back next year to the Lakers for another ThreePeat. Brian, heck anyone, would be crazy to commit to the Cadavers before knowing what Leboring James, the King of Choke, is going to do. What a laugh Leboring James wouldn't fit into the triangle offense because he's just a self serving ballhog more interested in padding his individual stats than in winning a championship through proper teamwork. Even if Phil comes back for another year Brian Shaw would be smart to stay with the Lakers and wait for the best coaching job in the NBA.

Best possible hire for the Cavs. Byron Scott has experience, but the players tuned him out in both New Jersey and New Orleans. The Triangle has only been responsible for 11 of the past 20 championships. If LeBron wants championships, he surely has to realize that the Triangle may be just what he needs.
I firmly believe LeBron stays put. Chicago, contrary to what you have been told, is a dysfunctional organization. But don't take my word for it, ask Vinny Del Negro. Ask Scott Skiles.
That Chicago is in the position they are right now is pure luck. They lucked into getting Derrick Rose two years ago. Nobody can convince me that the Bulls are closer to a title than the Cavs are. If you have the league's best record two years running, you are close to winning it all.
Lots of people will have egg on their faces when LeBron re-signs with the Cavs next week.

...or maybe its not that big a gamble because he's a good coach that will bring in a proven system - with or without LeBron. The Lakers were rumorred to be considering him for their job should it open up and that's a good enough reason for any team to grab the guy if they can.
Its hilarious to see the media portray Gilbert as 'desperate' when he's anything but that. LeBron will make up his own mind, and it may in fact suck for Gilbert, but there isn't a lot he can do about it - there's no reason for desperation, nor evidence of it.
