referees should be very careful with there calls,to many wrong calls,it should be fare…people watching around the world can see all this things happening..if the game are fare no wonder that no one will ever comments such a crazy and nasty comments..just let the game be battle..

I think David Stearn needs to take a good look at his referees, just like our baseball heros that ended up testifying against the other players in front of congress, for steroid usage,Drug addictions and gambling go hand in hand.Just a thought. Do your job.

The refs really seem to be eFFin up fairly consistently in both directions. I’m a Laker fan, but the foul called on the Davis block on Bynum was a crappy call for sure, maybe the body…, but then again, so was the foul on Bynum on Davis when he clearly didn’t even touch him, let alone commit a foul. It’s just a tough game to call period, then you throw in all the acting & histronics from the players and coaches, and mistakes are going to be made. At least until we can call the game with lasers & computers. Until then, crappy teams like Celtics will win a game or two against the Lakers

I don’t think it’s so much rigged. But i do think officials give star treatment, along with anticipating calls. Also, how many times do you see them make a bad call on one end, only to go down at the other end and have a quick whistle for a “make-up call”. I’m not a fan of either team, but there has been bad officiating on both sides. The league highlights the stars in the league, and in the Finals, it sometimes comes down to who has the most stars as opposed to the better team.

You ever notice how beantown fans always make excuses for their teams losses. The Pats era is over, the celtic’s although a good team, is not invincible. And the sox’s, well we will hear the excuses in 4 months.

If both teams play their best, the celtics will win, it’s that simple…unfortunately, david stern’s league is exactly what Tim Donaghy said is: rigged. Expect the celtics to get all the calls tonight as the series goes toward its maximum length for max ratings. Impeach Stern! Let him focus on his work with the other nazis on the council on foreign relations screwing up the rest of the world. We don’t need nazis controlling sports. Actually, at this point it isn’t a sport anymore…it’s just entertainment, and with a 150 whistles a game it is horribly painful to watch, and far from entertaining. Stern has already decided who will win, we just get to watch it play out on a fixed stage.

forget the officiating this time.
3 reasons the celtics lost game 3:
missed free-throws.
missed lay-ups.
letting derrick fisher go to his left 5 times in a row in the 4th quarter. (for the “nbas best defensive team” this was an unforgivable sin. fisher is clutch going left and has absolutely ZERO game going to his right. rondo is a fantastic defensive player, but letting fisher go left even one time is incredible, but 5 times in a row? thats akin to not playing defense at all.)
im a celtics fan, but unfortunately giving game 3 away will probably cost them the title this season. you just cant give a great team free games and expect to win.
