Maybe Paul Pierce trash talk will wake up L. Odom and the Lakers bench. They are truly not ready or capable of playing basketball on this high level. Kobe and Gasol can not continue to carry the team every night.

No one really cares. If this is what it takes to fire up the Lakers, they’re doomed. And they are clearly not. Even a nut case like me thinks three in a row back home here in Beantown is close to a pipe dream. The Lakers do not look ready to fold in any sense.
Lets have some more champion-caliber basketball.

Exactly. It ain’t news. Garnett prolly makes even worse comments that would make your proverbial sailor look like pee wee herman… that being said, it’s no big deal. He is entitled to it. But the thing about trash-talking especially when recorded or documented, it goes back at you a hundred fold and makes you look like a doofus in the end. Can’t wait to officially call Pierce a doofus on that note.

Laker fan here, and honestly, I don’t see anything wrong with that trashtalk Paul Pierce is into as reported. The guys have the confidence and the swagger, and they earned it as they can back it up with the successes that they had this season. It’s up to the Lakers to see to it that Pierce turns to Piss as we get Sweet Sixteen. For the moment, let’s suck up the loss and faith that our boys can snatch those wins in Boston.
