Usually in high pressure situations, the best player on the team (Excluding Mr. Role Player Horry) has the ball and will simply make more shot attempts.
If I did have to name a player that resembles clutch though, it would be Reggie Miller. I think he has more game winning shots within the last 3 seconds of a game than anyone else.
