I love Morimoto and obviously so do the other iron chefs because when they do some really creative they say “I morimoto this”

Morimoto is top chef hands down. His creations are so exotic and artistic. He is a full practicisioner of the Culinary Arts.

Flay? Really? Flay is way too one dimensional. I would have taken Besh over Symon too but both are way better than Flay. Agree about Morimoto. But out of the original IC’s I’d take Chen over anyone.

Agree with Morimoto and Flay. We need an Icon Chef Chinese like Chen to bring the heat though.

Morimoto (who doesn’t win often enough here because American judges don’t seem to get what he is doing) and Flay, along with the Batali, are the only ones I love. I can live with Symon, but I’m bitter about the Besh thing (obviously). Cora, meh. Garces, why?
