He should be fired! He was out coached three years running, yes he is a defensive coach but, you have to develope a identity from the players dealt to you. JJ should have been on the floor. Speed the play up, Charles Barkley said “the way Mike has them playing half court, 1 on 5 won’t beat the better teams” he was right. LeBron watched TNT (Win or Go Home) and listed to JayZ (Already Home) and Mike Brown should have called on Phil Jackson for the BluePrint! Mike, I not gonna shoot you but, your fired!

Personally, I think NBA teams have a serious problem with loyalty when a coach is fired because certain expectations, whether realistic or not, go unmet, even though their team is palying well enough to post the best regular season record in the league. Where is all the criticism when the same team ends up going a stretch of 10 to 12 seasons with a losing record and missing the playoffs altogether after firing said coach? I think we live in an era of “rush to judgment and forget the facts”. I think teams need to put down the newspapers and turn off the television and stop allowing the mainstream media to dictate it’s strategic future. I think the NBA will be a much better league if that happens.
