Hard to become a billion dollar athlete when you start turning down making the most money possible in a salary from your current team, and don't have any advertising perks in your contracts about playing in a major metro city like New York.
Becoming a big star or not, do you really think he signs with any team that can't provide him a talented, young, dynamic core? The Knicks will have basically nobody under contract this summer, no draft picks, and knowledge that a brand new sparkling stadium is being built in his favorite city (Brooklyn) with the help of his best friend (Jay-Z), and the jetski jumping, model partying, billionaire Russian?
If he goes East, it would be to New Jersey (or is to Brooklyn now?) - but I think he stays in Cleveland. He has the best chance of championship there.
