I wouldn't dispute that Bosh is gone, but basing this on Maurizio's figure of new faces is questionable.
Three players not named Bosh won't be returning: Rasho Nesterovic will finish his career in Europe, Patrick O'Bryant can look forward to a career change and free-agent Antoine Wright seems not to be in the team's plan. Let's say Dorsey and the draft pick replace both Rasho and O'Bryant. That's one new player (Mr. draft pick). Colangelo says he may trade a point guard. That would bring in a second new face or maybe two. He also has alluded to trading the 2010-11 expiring contracts of Reggie Evans and Marcus Banks for a longer contract. That could be another player or two. This reference to four or five new faces appears to deal with the players other than Bosh known to be leaving. Other new faces might come with a Bosh sign and trade, whether they are expirings that come along with draft picks or via a trade exception, or talent for a longer timeframe.
