		<description><![CDATA[I guess you don&#039;t live in NY.  This kind of stuff is standard crap for any real estate situation here.  The NY real estate laws are a total pain in the ass.  Air rights are the reason I have windows on only one side of my apartment.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Of course it&#039;s about the money. Last I checked the Atlantic Yards wasn&#039;t being built as a homeless shelter, an orphanage or a water treatment plant. So it&#039;s about the money for the Nets too. Eminent domain is a tool that should be used rarely and judiciously. It&#039;s one thing to do it for a public utility or roads. It&#039;s an entirely different, unjust thing to use it for a development for a billionaire.
Don&#039;t get me wrong, I&#039;m a huge basketball fan and a resident of New York City. I&#039;d love for the Nets to move to Brooklyn, but only to willing sellers.]]></description>
