cleveland is and always will be the devil’s outhouse;
people only stop there on their way to their destination to relieve themselves;
people only go there in shackles;
and what is so hilariously funny is that cleveland actually tries to call itself a city in the only state in the union that doesn’t have one;
seriously, if you saw “downtown” cleveland, you’d fall down in pain of laughter–you could hide the entire “skyline” of cleveland between any two piers of Myrtle Beach, or two turns of Darlington Speedway;
and what is worse, cincinnati, youngstown and dayton are all bigger “downtown”, not to mention Parkersburg (any Parkersburg, take your pick), Hooterville, Stamps, Arkansas, Ita Bena, and Mayberry;
and Mayberry has more culture and Hooterville more night life, too;
when the NBA held its all-star game here, it was the only time the NBA darlings couldn’t find any trouble to get into…or convince any trouble to come along with them!
cleveland is too small to even have a ghetto, though it claims to;
true, there are clearly economically impoverished pockets, but a real down-to-earth decimated region (though efforts are being made to create one)–please!
where but in cleveland would you find people apathetic enough to let a wife-beating-impotent mayor spend $50,000 on a three-story high “free stamp” at the top of the hill from the R&RHOF, and try pass it off as “art”?
who but LeBron, who is little more than the second coming of George Gervin, have you ever heard come originally from cleveland–and admit it?
and to any society maven, male or female, who dredges up a list of character actors and grade B singers, congratulations…by the time you’re done (say, 3 minutes or so) your paragraph will be bigger than cleveland!

Apart from Pippen, there was no othe rplayer on that team who was really that good and they would most likely not have made the playoffs withoutJordan. Yet Michael won 6 rings with this subpar team.
Lebron has no excuse. He is a great ATHLETE but an OVERATED basketball player- not very wel skilled, average free throw shooter which is important at the end of games in the playoffs. Also, he only started to get a fairly consistent outside shot just last year plus started to play better defense last year.
Contrary to what everyone thinks, even though he has a good enough supporting cast this year that he could win if he was as good as people think he is, he is still not goint to win. The cvas will be taken out either by the Celtics or the Orlando Magic.
By the way, Noah is funny.

Lol actually it took MJ 7 years to win his first ring you idiot (not 5), the same year that lebron is in now.
But winning a ring is a team achievement, so years dont really matter. If lebron had a really good team around him (i.e. one that would make the playoffs wihtout him), he’d win the championship every other year. For instance, imagine lebron on the Orlando Magic, instead of vince carter. It would be over before it started.

Noah has every right to say things that he wants to. remember folks, hes has 2 rings and an MOP award when he was in the NCAA. NBA is a business but College B is about prestige…
Going back to the REAL topic, no disrespect to Cleveland but he really is funny and the attitude just brings more excitement to the series…

For the record, I’ve never heard anyone say they were going to Chicago for a vacation either. I’ve been to Chicago, nice enough city but definitely no vacation destination. That’s kind of a stupid standard to base a city’s merits on. Not surprising coming from a dimwit like Noah. Cleveland is actually a pretty cool place if you bother to find out what it has to offer.

Having grew up in Cincy ,lived in Chicago for 5 years, now living in Cleveland. People really don’t get it about Cleveland…I used to never want to go to go Cleveland…Now I love it. believe it not, when friends from Chicago come to visit, they love it here. It’s actually a nice area. The six ring comment…..it’s 2010, not the 90′s
