There are much better NBA coaches with better stats, but shorter career spans. There is a trend on sports fan sites to go mad every time a big record is broken, but what about the art of basketball? Ol Nelly is good, but others have had more skill and knowledge. Most of the sports sites listed on http://www.dozensports.com are hailing it as historic, and yes it is an historic occasion, but I think he’s achievement will be forgotten over time.
