If he gets the 5 wins he can be canned as the winningest coach of all time, but to get there he’ll have to improve the W’s win percentage from .275 to .384. Most of these games are on the road, and only 6 of the remaining games are against non-playoff teams. And he’ll have to get there featuring a team of D-Leaguers, guys who hate him, and one precocious rookie who always looks like he’s wearing lip-stick.
Tell me this doesn’t sound like the plot to a great 80s movie. Somebody get a documentary crew out there with a cassette of “Push it to the Limit” for the climactic montage scene.
