I see them giving a lot of minutes to big Al because they want to test his knee out and showcase his talent. I think they will trade big Al. He is healthy now. He is also a very big guy and knee problems can follow a person around…especially a basketball player. I think they know what they have in Love and he plays very well with Darko. I see them drafting a young big to back up Darko. I see a lot of possibilities open up when you start looking at trading big Al. They need more speed and atheliticism, they need better defenders, they need players that bring the team together. Darko is a good passer…so is KLove. They have a very good swing man is the dude from Floria. They need to defend a lot better…Al has gotta go. Sad…he is a great guy! Maybe we just keep them all. I am okay with that. He has to learn to defend if he stays. Period. They need a point guard that can pass the ball and make everyone better around him. I don’t think they have found

They won’t be able to trade Darko (teams want him but never play him, he won’t go). Love’s still cheap. Byebye AJ.

There is no question that the wolves need a true center alongside al/love, but why mess with it now when its the best combo you have at 4/5. Ideally, the are both PF’s, and thats where the problem is. I could easily see them dealing one of the two this summer to solidify the C position and add a wing. I’m not sure if they think darko is there best chance at that center spot next yr and so they are trying to make him happy knowing that they will deal one of the PFs in the summer or what but I wish I could see the future!

I simply don’t get what the Wolves are doing with Kevin Love. Some say he and Al can’t co-exist on the floor (on the defensive side). Are they thinking Darko will be a better option there? Hmmm
