Ellis is instant offense and without Ellis, Curry wouldn’t have anyone else to turn to to score some easy buckets.
Curry’s not much of an inside scorer either, that’s something he has to work on.
Steph has the whole package for sure and is a better all-around player than Monta but he’s not the scorer Monta is at the NBA level right now so why let Monta go? Especially before you get rid of Maggette.

Stephen curry has been my favortie player ever since he got drafted. I was just hoping Knicks doesn’t pick him and yeah~
Monta is more athletic but Stephen curry is way better player than he is.
Like Don Nelson said, hes a total package.
He can drive, shoot, can pass, defense.
I really like to see him go pick and roll with Chris Hunter or Turiaf.
