Baron Davis is wrong. Not just about his penchant for pull up threes rather than running the offense, but also about league-wide awards. Davis said yesterday that Brandon Jennings should be Rookie of the Year because his team is winning more.
Baron, I know you’re pumping up your fellow SoCal boy, but you are wrong. No offense to Jennings, but do you think he could do to Ron Artest — one of the best defenders in the league — what Tyreke Evans did Tuesday night? Let’s go to the video evidence.

I’m pretty sure anyone (Jennings included) could get around Artest if they don’t have to dribble the ball. Dude looked like a running back with the ball tucked under his arm. There is no defense for that. Well, you can always tackle, but Ron got in trouble for that back in Indy.

LOL! Nice witty comment, dude.
This sequence of motion eloquently showed by Evans against Artest is what I call a moving version of the term “posterized.”
Evans “videorized” Artest on this one.

I am pretty sure Tyreke is a pure stud. Not only did he just make Ron Artest look like a kid on the play ground in elementary school, but look at his stats too. He is averaging 25 ppg 5 rpg and 5 apg. Only the greats of Oscar Robertson, the great Michael Jordan. if you ask me thats pretty impressive to be included in with those two guys.
