I don’t know about shooting with hims off hand, but as far as passing with their off hand, I watch Step Curry the other night play against the Lakers, he is better than Steve Nash at passing with his left hand.

Another vote for Brandon Roy at #3.
He really might be the best left handed finisher in the game. He may not have a lefty dribble like Steve Nash or have a symmetrical game like Kobe but if your talking about how effective a player is with the off hand he might be #1.

It has to be Brandon Roy, he is a righty that prefers to finish left. There is pretty much no one better with their off-hand.
