Thunder sign Antonio Anderson to a 10-day contract

Mar 5, 2010, 4:06 PM EST

As Kyle Weaver continues to rehab from injury, the Thunder have signed former Memphis guard Antonio Anderson to a 10-day contract. Anderson has averaged 15.5 points and 5.9 assists in 32 games with the Rio Grand Valley Vipers this season.

Anderson has already played one game with the Thunder. In 15 minutes of floor time, Anderson went 1-3 from the floor and recorded one rebound. This move probably won’t swing the balance of power in the West, but it’s always nice to see someone getting their chance to play on the big stage.
